Build Your Own Search

Below is a search string to find all 10-K filings for Texas companies between 2008 and 2009:
  • http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/srch-edgar?text=state%3D"TX"+and+form-type%3D"10-K*"&first=2008&last=2009
Simply change "TX" to your state or change the form-type (here "10-K*") to create your own search. [Note the "*" following 10-K is a wildcard to ensure amended 10-Ks and NT 10-Ks show up in search.]
